Description All work has been completed. The final costs have been internally audited for approval and are enclosed herein the final payment to the contractor. The Executive Director of Facilities Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
